WE Charity has filed a lawsuit against Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) to hold it accountable for false reporting by journalists Mark Kelley and Harvey Cashore. On June 27, 2023 the Court denied CBC's motion to dismiss the claims, ensuring that the lawsuit will move forward.
